Vesela Petrova

Vesela Petrova joined Colliers International in 2004. Since then she has been responsible for providing HR consultancy services in the area of people management, recruitment and selection, training and development, performance assessment, internal communication. Being the key figure in HR, Vesela is having significant contribution to the organization through the structuring and implementation of professional HR practices in Colliers Bulgaria. As an experiencedprofessional, she was a key member of the project team that developed and implementedthe HR policies and procedures in the company offices in Southeast Europe. In 2013 Vesela started supporting the corporate marketing, PR and media communication activities. Presently she holds the position of Manager HR and Marketing.

Prior to joining Colliers, Vesela was Management Assistant in TMF Services – international provider of accounting, HR and payroll, fund administration, real estate management and investment services.

In addition to the university education degrees, Vesela holds a diploma in HR management from the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development. She is a certified Global Career Development Facilitator, Expert for the Thomas International psychometric analysis system (DISC), Master Practitioner in Neuro-linguistic Programming (NLP) and Mediator, registered in the Professional Association of Mediators in Bulgaria.
