Georgi Kirov

Georgi Kirov joined Colliers in 2002 as Consultant Commercial Brokerage Services. In 2006 he took the lead of the Investment and Valuation and Advisory Services team. Georgi specializes in providing consultancy services to local and international property developers and investors. Among the clients in his track record are Europa Capital, Blue House, Heitman, Avestus Capital Partners, General Electric. Georgi was responsible for some of the most notable investment advisory transactions in the Bulgarian market, including the tendering procedure for Business Park Sofa – the largest office development in the region, the acquisition of DHL Logistics center (representing the buyer – Landmark), the sale of Praktiker portfolio in Bulgaria, as well as a number of valuations and feasibility studies.

Georgi has an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a Bachelor‘s degree in Fiannce from UNWE.
