Newly built residential complex located at the foot of Vitosha Mountain, only 15 minutes by car to the center of the capital. It consists of 13 houses with total living area of ​​360 sqm up to 441 sqm. On the territory of the complex there is an administrative office building with parking places for guests.

There are three house types: type A – 3 houses, type B – 9 houses and type B – 1 house. Each house has a yard where it is possible to build an outdoor pool.

The basement lining is made of natural stone, lined with waterproofing. The partition walls in the basement are not supporting and it is possible to build different partitions of the space, such as wineries, fitness and other types.

The complex is surrounded by a solid fence with access control portal which is located in the administrative building. 24/7 live security and video surveillance is provided throughout the perimeter of the complex.

There are restaurants, kindergartens, schools, supermarkets, as well as pharmacies, a bank, a football field and other public places in the area.
