Forest Park

Forest Park is a residential compound, which recreates the contemporary concept of having an urban house built into nature. The project comprises of eleven  houses, each with its own spacious yard. Forest Park is close to the English-American School. It takes a 20-minute drive to get to the center of Sofia and 5 minutes to the Ring Road.

Each house has an individual design and fits intelligently and organically into the natural environment. There is a separate outdoor terrace for all houses, along with a BBQ area and an option for a winter garden and a garage for two cars.

The air conditioning has an air thermo-pump. The houses have floor heating. Full cabling, enabling SMART house management – illumination, heating and air conditioning, security and outdoor blinds, is in place.
